overview
This workshop will cover various styles and strategies of flexibility training in both lecture and hands-on training for all techniques provided. Athletes will be taught the importance of dynamic and static stretching and functional movement patterns to guide their flexibility training. This program is for athletes of any sport.
learning objectives
The DYA Network Flexibility workshop will provide:
- The importance of flexibility to improve overall performance.
- Clarity of the value of a proper warm up.
- Basic understanding of muscle groups and their function with stretching.
- Development of daily pre-workout, post-workout and home stretching program.
