Wasted motion in running decreases speed and can make the difference in beating the ball to the base, reaching the football or even reaching your defender. For centuries track athletes have learned the techniques of being STRONGER and FASTER by decreasing wasted motion by implementing body mechanic changes and coordination of movement. These techniques can make any athlete in any sport stronger and faster at their game.
The one day group/organization workshop will focus on teaching the technical and fundamental skills of speed development that has been used in track and field athletes to develop some of the fastest runners in the world.
You will learn our philosophy of training along with methods that have been around for over 40 years to develop speed and power for athletes of any sport. The program will specifically focus on techniques and mechanics to improve linear speed. Athletes will also learn the importance of conditioning and flexibility to improve overall speed in a training program.
